Is the contract a trap?
Start here. If the code lets someone stop you selling, mint more coins or tax your sale, nothing else matters.
- NoJunk token checkerEthereum, Base, Solana, BNB and more
Our own free check: honeypot signals, sell tax, owner powers, holders and liquidity, with a plain-English grade.
Use our checker - RugCheckSolana
A risk report for Solana tokens: who can mint or freeze, how much liquidity is locked, and how much the insiders hold. Read the insider section, not just the score.
The only real site is rugcheck.xyz. A look-alike was used for phishing.
rugcheck.xyz - Honeypot.isEthereum, Base, BNB Chain
Pretends to buy and then sell the token, so you find out whether you could actually get out, and what tax you'd pay.
honeypot.is - GoPlus Token SecurityEthereum, Base, BNB Chain and more
Lists the contract's red flags: hidden minting, an owner who can change balances or fees, blacklists and pause switches.
gopluslabs.io/token-security - Token SnifferEthereum and other EVM chains
An automatic scam scan with a 0 to 100 score.
Use the score as a first filter only. It has false alarms and misses.

Who holds it? One person or many?
If a handful of wallets, often secretly linked, hold most of the supply, they decide the price. Not you.
- BubblemapsSolana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and more
Draws the top holders as bubbles and connects wallets that have sent money to each other, so one person hiding behind many wallets stands out.
The project has its own token. Basic maps are free.
v2.bubblemaps.io - InsightXMany chains
Another holder-cluster map. Useful as a second opinion next to Bubblemaps.
The project has its own token with a 4% trading tax.
insightx.network - HolderScanSolana, Ethereum
Tracks holder count and whale wallets over time, so you can tell real growth from a burst of fake wallets.

Did insiders buy it all at once?
On new coins, insiders often buy in one go from many fresh wallets, then sell into the people who come after.
- Trench bundle checkerSolana (pump.fun coins)
Paste a coin's address to see groups of wallets that bought together at launch, and whether they still hold.
Part of a trading-bot product. You don't need the bot to use the checker.

Who made it, and what happened to their last coins?
Many rug pulls come from the same people. Their old coins tell you how this one may end.
- SolscanSolana
The Solana block explorer. Open the creator's wallet to see who funded it, what else it launched and where the money went.
solscan.io - Etherscan, BaseScan and BscScanEthereum, Base, BNB Chain
The block explorers for those chains: whether the contract code is published, who deployed it, the holder list and every transfer.
etherscan.ioBaseScan: basescan.orgBscScan: bscscan.com - GMGNSolana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain
Token pages show the developer wallet's earlier coins and how they ended, plus top holders.
GMGN is mainly a trading app. Scammers have gamed its trending list, and fake GMGN sites have stolen funds. Look, don't connect.

Tools we checked and left out
- Solsniffer: it looked unmaintained and doesn't explain its score. RugCheck does the same job.
- Fomoscan: we couldn't confirm what it shows, it's mostly a paid service, and its makers are anonymous.
These are outside sites. We don't run them and can't vouch for every result they show. A clean result is not a reason to buy; one red flag is a reason to stop.
